SwiPaws Child Safety Standards

SwiPaws is a social app for dog owners and is only for adults 18 and older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

What’s prohibited
Any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors is strictly prohibited on SwiPaws. This includes sharing or requesting CSAM, grooming, sextortion, and any attempt to use SwiPaws to contact or arrange to meet a minor. Users under 18 are not allowed on SwiPaws.

How to report
You can report a profile, message or photo directly in the SwiPaws app using the Report option. You can also email us at contact.us@swipaws.com. We review child safety reports as a top priority.

What we do
When we learn of content or behavior that violates these standards, we:

• remove the content and permanently ban the accounts involved

• preserve relevant information as required by law

• report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement

We comply with all applicable child safety laws.
